Aspirin – Poison or Panacea?

Aspirin is a multi-functional over-the-counter medication which seems to be a panacea for many conditions such as pain, swelling, fever; they take it to soothe arthritis and headache. It is even often prescribed to people who suffer from such disease as goat. Certain research has showed that aspirin can even serve as a preventive medication for some forms of cancer, fancy that!
However, unfortunately, aspirin is not a complete panacea because for many people taking it is unbearable since it often causes adverse side effects such as severe cases of allergies which should be immediately described to your doctor. Other side effects prompt stomach ache, nausea, vomiting; much more dangerous ones are hearing loss, dizziness, breathing difficulties etc. If you experience them contact your doctor immediately.
Another dangerous case connected with taking aspirin implies the downsides of uninspiring difficulties in ‘communication’ between aspirin and other drugs you may take simultaneously (especially the ones for high blood pressure), some cases of interaction of aspiring and (even!) vitamins may lead to serious consequences for your health.
Aspirin has many ‘faces’ i.e. it comes in (chewing) pills, powders, capsules etc. Although aspirin is available for everyone, if your doctor prescribes you this very medication, you must follow his/her orders and use it strictly in accordance with the prescription. Of course, your doctor will ask you about your previous diseases before prescribing you aspirin, it’s your priority to tell your physician about all the details here.
Certainly, aspirin is not a panacea because it has side effects and can cause allergies. It’s neither a poison though because many people managed to avoid severe conditions by taking reasonable doses of aspirin.
